Golica is a mountain in the Karavanke range above the town of Jesenice in northwestern Slovenia, known for its white daffodils called poet’s daffodils which, every year between the months of May and June, cover parts of the mountain appearing like a white snow-like carpet. It’s really a breathtaking sight, but we’ll keep the words short and let the photos do the talking.
