Waterfall Pericnik is one of the most beautiful in Slovenia! It is located in the Vrata Valley in the Triglav National Park. With its 52 meters, it is also one of the highest waterfalls in the country. The Pericnik is not actually one waterfall, but two. Just above the famous waterfall, there’s a smaller 15-metre-high waterfall called Small Pericnik.
The most impressive sight of the Pericnik Waterfall is in the winter months when it turns into a giant wall of icicles and floes.
