Golica is a mountain in the Karavanke range in northwestern Slovenia known for its white daffodils which, every year in May and June, cover parts of the mountain appearing like a white snow-like carpet. This year, the daffodils bloomed quite late thanks to the cold spring and now is the perfect time to see them as within a week or two they will be past their best.
