The B&B is family run - the owners recently built three wonderful and modern suites onto their home in the back that exit onto a lovely patio where breakfast is served and where you can relax and have drinks. The rooms are spacious and of a high standard and have all amenities one can wish. The bathrooms are modern and of good quality. The breakfast is continental with a nice choice of cereals, breads, meats, cheeses and more - nothing special but adequate. The owners are kind, welcoming and informative - and not intrusive in any way. The free WiFi works excellent. The free private parking is just another bonus. It is close to the supermarket, restaurants, bars/cafes, ski school and equipment hire. The rooms are on the small side, but perfectly functional, everything is well thought-out. The bathrooms are nice and modern, The owners are friendly and always go above and beyond to make guests feel at home. They are also knowledgeable about the area, both in terms of restaurants and outdoor activities. The breakfast is generous, with many local products. The free WiFi is high speed and works well. Maribor, Slovenia  Bed & Breakfast Zeleni Kakadu is located in a beautiful area near the Betnava forest, about a five minute drive from the center of Maribor. It is close to the highway so very easy to get to. The rooms are pretty spacious with nice comfortable beds. The bathrooms are fairly small but clean and modern. The breakfast is more than enough to set you up for the day. The on site restaurant is nice and very reasonable. The owners and staff are friendly and always happy to have a chat with you and to assist you the best they can. The free Wi-Fi works great and fast and the free private parking is also available.
