About Terme 3000

The thermal bath complex of Terme 3000 is located in Moravske Toplice in northeastern Slovenia and is best known for its black thermo-mineral water, which is recommended for relief of rheumatism and certain minor skin ailments.

The recently completely renovated indoor section of Terme 3000 has four pools split over two levels plus a sauna area, cafe and a wading pool for little kids. It is open year-round. The outdoor section, which is open from June to September, is geared towards families with children and has seven pools and eight water slides, including the fastest in Slovenia and the fourth fastest in Europe.

Moravske Toplice is a small, but very friendly village surrounded by unspoilt nature and blessed with an abundance of thermal mineral water, which is known to have several beneficial effects on human health. The village is located in the northeastern corner of Slovenia in the middle of the Prekmurje region, which is known as the breadbasket or the granary of Slovenia because rolling corn and wheat fields cover much of the fertile land.

Situated in the small spa town of Moravske Toplice in the very northeast corner of Slovenia, at the edge of the vast Pannonian Plain in Slovenia’s Prekmurje region, the 18-hole Livada golf course is a welcome addition to the vast Terme 3000 thermal bath complex. At 6,236 metres (6,819 yards), this lovely golf course stretches across 59 hectares and boasts the longest hole in Slovenia - the signature 596-metre par five 9th hole. When building the course, special attention was paid to the preservation of the original flora and fauna of the area, which has led to some quite uniquely-shaped and very challenging greens, fairways and sand bunkers.
