  1. I think it’s honestly because pretty early on, they required people to wear face coverings when out and about. That’s why as annoying as they are, I am pro mask for as long as we need to wear them.

  2. Will always remember going to Ljubljana and paying for one drink to use the toilet at a bar super late and we wound up drinking with the owner and staff after hours listening to the rolling stones. Good job Slovenia!

  3. Hopefully this means that we’ll get to stop wearing masks in stores soon, as I feel awkward walking around looking like a bandit when going for a carton of milk.

  4. Slovenia has been an example of how knowledgeable and compassionate leadership can make a huge difference in the spread and impact of COVID-19. Good for you guys.

  5. Well done Slovenia. It’s amazing how far a little bit of common sense can go. An example to the rest of the world.

  6. Props to Slovenia for having a clean sheet, but this is not relevant nor news to other more populated countries.

  7. I wanted to move to Slovenia in 2016 when Trump won, but my wife didn’t want to leave her family.

  8. Slovenia is really making me feel good now, they are a beacon of hope! Just no slipups, we have seen what happens in South Korea when there is a slipup.

  9. I’m really happy about the residents of this small beautiful country. I think they have beaten it and resume their lives with almost full normalcy.

  10. Congratulations Slovenia for being on the brink of eliminating Covid-19 from your country. Many other countries wish they were doing this well, but are either unwilling or unable to plan or execute a cogent COVID-19 containment plan as well as Slovenia. Good luck getting to zero and no new cases for 28 days! Looking forward to more good news from Slovenia.

  11. That’s pretty remarkable, especially considering Slovenia is a neighbouring country to Italy in the northeast.
