About The Photographer
Ales Krivec has a passion for taking photographs and his work features the finest landscapes in Slovenia. We are so lucky in Slovenia to have such diverse and unique landscapes. This natural variety combined with Slovenia’s changeable climate makes the Slovenian landscape both challenging and extremely rewarding to photograph. Ales is very much a landscape artist and his work reflects a great understanding and deep love of the countryside and nature. An extensive technical knowledge and a seeing eye enable his photos to convey the beauty of the landscape that surrounds us all. This has earned him the reputation as one of Slovenia’s finest landscape photographers. Dramatic lighting, patience, the use of mood and atmosphere and attention to detail help to create his distinctive and intriguing photographs.
